Brianna Henderson

Brianna helps with all things related to the first part of life: Play therapy for the littlest children (3+), tween and teen counseling, and parenting education to assist parents in knowing how to help their kiddos when things get tough. Brianna also helps young adults when they are working through that transition into adulthood.

Brianna believes that everyone has the potential to grow into the person they aspire to be. Sometimes we can grow and overcome without struggle, oftentimes we could use a helping hand to hold up a light and stay by our side as we navigate through a darker time in our lives. Brianna provides a judgment free environment where clients feel accepted and encouraged to achieve their goals.

Brianna received a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Texas. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree by double majoring in Psychology and Child Learning and Development at the University of Texas at Dallas. Brianna is a Registered Play Therapist.

Brianna’s clients frequently fit the following categories:

  • Children and teens dealing with anxiety, depression, learning disorders, trouble with emotional regulation, or behavioral concerns at home or school.
  • Young adults figuring out how to manage the stressors that come with adulthood.
  • Parents seeking parenting education or a judgment free zone to process the hardships of parenting.
